Her career spans luxury, design, property, hospitality, and philanthropy — shaping some of Melbourne’s most influential brands and events. She’s led end-to-end identity systems, scripted and directed campaigns, architected social and media roadmaps, and delivered executive-level stakeholder management from pitch to post. Her work blends strategic clarity with art-direction rigour: research first, concept second, immaculate execution always.

Under her direction, Votre Group delivers end-to-end creative across brand identity, digital presence, media production, social campaigns, and event strategy. The agency’s portfolio is defined by its timeless aesthetic — pairing detail-driven design with powerful storytelling that connects audiences to the soul of a brand.

Flynn

Flynn leads Votre Group’s Production and Media division — a multifaceted creative with a rare blend of technical mastery and artistic intuition. His work spans continents, having travelled the world to capture visual stories across luxury, architecture, automotive, and lifestyle sectors.

With a background rooted in cinematography, drone operation, and digital storytelling, Flynn’s eye for composition and motion brings brands to life with cinematic precision. Whether it’s large-scale productions or intimate brand shoots, he oversees every frame — from pre-production to post — ensuring creative consistency and flawless execution.

At Votre Group, Flynn’s role extends beyond production; he is the bridge between creative vision and real-world delivery. He works side by side with our branding, events, and strategy teams to ensure that every piece of content not only looks exceptional, but performs — driving engagement, credibility, and long-term brand equity.

HEAD OF Events & Art DirectoR

Bass

Bas brings an unmatched depth of creative and production expertise to Votre Group. With a background in producing sell-out events at the Sydney Opera House and other landmark venues, he bridges the gap between concept and execution with precision, imagination, and theatre-level discipline.

As Head of Events and Art Direction, Bas works across every layer of production — from creative design and set architecture to custom costuming, performance curation, and visual staging. His process is immersive and meticulous: each event is treated as a world of its own, built from the ground up to embody the brand’s story.

Far more than a designer or producer, Bas is a multidimensional creative force. He collaborates seamlessly across Votre Group’s internal teams — branding, media, styling, and management — ensuring every visual, every note, and every detail aligns under one cohesive narrative.

His work transforms ideas into experiences that move people. When Bas directs an event, it doesn’t just happen — it resonates.

Our Company

2019-21

Votre Group was born from Valentine’s entrepreneurial roots — launching her first brand at just 18 years old, The Asthma Collective — and has since evolved into a full-scale management and social agency representing a multiverse of clients across Melbourne’s luxury landscape.

Grounded in creativity and strategy, Votre Group quickly built a reputation for its hands-on approach and high-calibre execution.

In our first year, we proudly launched Votre Group with a portfolio of long-term partners spanning hospitality, interiors, fashion, and beauty. Our clients have been featured in major publications including The Herald Sun, The Age, Broadsheet, and Concrete Playground, strengthening our presence and network across PR, press, entertainment, influencer marketing, and events.

2021-24

From 2021 to 2024, Votre Group experienced significant growth, evolving into a leading creative agency within Melbourne’s luxury, hospitality, and design sectors. During this period, the agency dramatically expanded its portfolio — producing high-end events across the foundation, property, and design industries, while continuing to represent long-term clients in fashion, interiors, and hospitality.

In 2021, Votre Group expanded its in-house team to six and worked across 18 clients, including the agency’s first international Michelin-starred partner, Mensho. Within five months of their Melbourne launch, Votre Group achieved over 10,000 new social media followers, secured five major media features, and helped earn Mensho a place on Broadsheet’s “Melbourne’s Best Restaurants of 2021.”

2025

By 2025, Votre Group has cemented its place as one of Melbourne’s most dynamic creative agencies — now working alongside over multiple long-term clients across a diverse range of industries including hospitality, design, interiors and furniture, high-end residential property, architecture, and production. Our growth has been driven entirely by referral and reputation — a true testament to our commitment, creativity, and the trust our clients place in our work.

This year, 2025, marks a defining moment for the agency. Votre Group has expanded internationally, leading campaigns that bridge Melbourne’s creative scene with global audiences. Our clients have been recognised on the world stage — from wine awards and international restaurant lists, to features across Vogue, Forbes, Broadsheet, and The Age.
