We curated the drapery design and spatial styling, layering fabric and lighting to build a moody, immersive environment that reflected the palette and tone of the collection. The soft silk drapes became both backdrop and atmosphere — framing the pieces with a quiet sense of theatre and luxury.

Our team managed supplier coordination, scheduling, and event logistics, overseeing timelines, deliveries, and on-site flow to ensure every moving part worked in harmony. From setup to pack-down, every detail was handled with precision to maintain the integrity and calm of the evening.

On-site, we oversaw guest experience and presentation, working closely with Karin’s team to ensure that every moment — from arrival to reveal — felt intentional and effortless.

Votre Group also managed all media production, capturing the night through videography, photography, and aerial drone footage. The creative coverage was designed to preserve not just the visuals but the emotion of the event — the atmosphere, texture, and craftsmanship that defined the launch.
